only 4 lines are indicative of that. but rest of the lines are not directed in that way :)

While i do agree on the fear part, at the time of writing this, that was the only thing in mind. black mail, confusion etc... arent part of this one :)

Well... it reads like blame game to me - which would go no where, but in circles - fear, bully - emotional black mail - causing confusions, disturbing behaviors... well insanity! A powerless idiot would do that... else they would get into proactive action...wouldn't they?

I followed the title coz it reminded me of a song 'look wat u've done' and I'd say those lines had somekinda weary similar fear :
