Hi Spk,

It reminded me of my school days. I'm sure it won't come back but memories linger....
Thats right! its hard to understand exactly what the other is thinking, they tend to say something, a belief to be true but it turns out to be something else.

Enjoyed the poem

Spk,

Its better to be a student always judging on people than to be the master of arts in learning about the fellow being...

well a unique & for the better in verse expression of the Parichay song : musafir hoon yaaron, naa ghar hai naa thikana, mujhey cheltey jaana hai...

and to your postcript/opinion I'd just like to add that:

(b) Learning has the pre-requisite of UN-learning too... else the cup runneth over...

 plus a few quotes:

When the oak is felled the whole forest echoes with its fall, but a hundred acorns are sown in silence by an unnoticed breeze. -Thomas Carlyle

If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality. -Desmond Tutu

To hurry pain is to leave a classroom still in session. To prolong pain is to remain seated in a vacated classroom and miss the next lesson. –Yahia Lababidi
